Q: Do you make neon signs, channel lettering, backlit boxes, or awnings?

A: We have chosen to focus on non-illuminated custom signage, as we haven’t got the facilities to manufacture ALL types of signs! However please talk with us and we can recommend another local company that can make the type of sign you need.

Q: Do you make bag signs for lawns?

A: We do not make bag signs ourselves, but you can order through us to have them made by a firm in the Lower Mainland.

Q: Do you print business cards, flyers, or pamphlets? Do you make rubber stamps?

A: We do not do offset lithography or laser printing on paper, or manufacture stamps. If you are unsure who to go to for these services, please ask and we can recommend a local printer/stamp maker!

Q: Do you print and/or mount posters?

A: We are able to print and laminate large posters on photo paper with solvent inks, however depending on your purpose it may be more cost-effective to have your poster printed on a large-format laser printer - please call us to discuss your project and we’ll recommend the best method. We generally do not mount customer-supplied paper posters as this is something that paper printing shops or framing shops can do more economically, however we can certainly provide a quote if you wish.

Q: Do you silkscreen coroplast signs? Do you print t-shirts, pens or other silkscreened items?

A: We no longer have silkscreening facilities, as we have decided to focus on other types of signage. Ask us and we can recommend a local silkscreen printer. For smaller quantities of coroplast signs, we can give you a quote on vinyl-cut signage.

Q: Do you engrave lamacoid sign inserts?

A: Depending on the purpose we can make similar vinyl-cut signage, or recommend a local engraver that works with lamacoid signs.

Q: Do you make standard signage/self-adhesive numbering?

A: For small standard signs (ie. handicapped washroom, no smoking, open/closed) or stick-on numbers, you might like to check first with a hardware store or office supplies store. We can certainly make standard signs and numbers, but please remember that because our signs are custom made to order, the prices will be different from mass-produced signs. Do feel free to ask us for a quote on any size sign! We do not keep standard adhesive numbering/lettering in stock but we can cut custom lettering to the size, font and colour you need with a quick turnaround, again please ask us!

Q: I have never installed lettering before, will it be difficult to do myself?

A: Cut lettering is supplied with a sheet of masking on top to make application easy. For smaller decaling, installing by yourself is easy - we will explain how, and provide you with an instructional sheet. Larger decaling can be applied in sections, and if you plan to apply a large printed piece yourself please ask about pricing on special air-release material that is easier to apply. However if you are at all unsure, we do recommend you have us do the install to avoid the risk of damaging your decals.

Q: I have a large project that I need consulting on, can you help?

A: Yes! Please contact our design consultant Noel Christian to set up a meeting. Noel is an experienced consultant, having worked on several projects such as the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria and the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.

Q: Do you do installations?

A: We are happy to do most installations located in the Kamloops area! If our schedule is very busy or if the installation is located at an exceptionally high point on the building, we may recommend an independent installer to you. We are glad to quote installations anywhere in the Thompson region, but please remember that travel time/mileage to and from our shop will be applicable. If you are more than a half hour from Kamloops, it may be more economical to pick up the signage yourself or have it shipped to you and hire a local installer.

Q: Do you ship signs?

A: We are more than happy to ship your signage if you are unable to pick it up yourself! Signs will be securely packaged, and shipping will usually be collect via your choice of shipper. If you need prepaid shipping, please ask and we will add the cost to your invoice. Please remember that fragile or large signs may take longer to pack and may incur an extra shop fee to cover packing time - we will advise you beforehand. Due to fraudulent online requests, we do not ship online orders outside British Columbia - please feel free to come in and see us to discuss your out-of-province shipping needs.

Q: Can you sponsor my non-profit organization?

A: We do offer a discount on signage for non-profit organizations, please ask. We also provide sponsorship by advertising non-profit events on our sign space at the corner of Victoria Street and 10th Avenue. If you have an annual non-profit event that you would like us to advertise here, please contact us for availability.
